What To Expect

We will walk you through each step of the process. We ask that you fill out your paperwork online ahead of time, so we can better prepare for your appointment and save you time. Your new patient paperwork will be sent to you via email after your new patient appointment is made. If you need us to resend the paperwork, or you do not have access to your email, please let us know ahead of time. If you are unable to complete your paperwork ahead of time, please arrive 15 minutes early. 

Your First Visit-Exam/Consult

  • At your first visit, Dr. Long will ask detailed questions about your health history and current condition.

  • She will perform a thorough physical examination that will include orthopedic and neurological testing.

  • If medically necessary, she will take relevant x-rays. 

**$49 Softwave therapy session is performed same day at time of appt. 

Your Second Visit-Report of Findings

  • At your second visit, you will be given a report of findings geared to address your concerns and give you answers.

  • At this time, you will be given treatment recommendations based off of the exam and x-ray findings from your first visit

  • If you are using insurance, Dr. Long will go over your coverage and benefits. If you are not using insurance, Dr. Long will go over available cash options.

  • Dr. Long will answer any questions you have

  • We can begin your treatment plan after the report of findings.
