Our Story
Welcome to Longevity Health and Wellness, where we believe everyone has the right to feel better and stay better. Our mission is to help you unlock your full potential and enjoy a healthier, pain-free life, allowing you to engage in everyday activities with confidence. We encourage families, starting from newborns, to embrace a healthy lifestyle together, as preventative care today paves the way for healthier adults tomorrow. Led by Dr. Long, a proud Peoria/Dunlap native, we are honored to serve our community and support your journey to wellness!
Meet Dr. Long
Dr. Long was born and raised in Peoria in the very neighborhood the practice is located. She attended Dunlap High School, where she proudly represented her school and community as a cheerleader. After graduation, Dr. Long attended Illinois State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Psychology. From there, she attended National University of Health Sciences and earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
Dr. Long is proud to return back to her hometown, her neighborhood and her school district to serve her community. She has experience with all ages and loves introducing families to baby/toddler/childhood chiropractic care. She has a passion for regenerative care focusing on not only helping with pain but fixing the cause.
When she is not at the office, you can find her spending as much time as she can with her family as she is a proud wife and mother. With her family, she enjoys dragracing, off-roading, and bingeing a great series! She has also been known to spend hours looking up and watching 90s /early 2000s music videos on YouTube, not even kidding.
To better serve you, she is currently continuing her education with advanced clinical training to receive her diplomate in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine!
